Day 2

Today we will be adding: the cobwebs

Think about it:

When you have someone coming to your home, you will always see that the house is clean. Surely you will remove any cobwebs that you may see. Most probably there were cobwebs in the stable where Jesus was born. Can we have cobwebs in our hearts? These cobwebs would be the bad choices we make.

Family time:

Before this evening’s dinner, talk about the weak points each of you may have. These could be things like, lying, wasting of time and pride. See how you may help each other to overcome these weaknesses.

Prayer:

Dear Jesus, I want to have a heart like yours. I find it difficult to overcome ….. (mention that fault that you will try to defeat). Please help me, so that for Christmas, my heart is ready to welcome you.
