Day 10

Today’s personage is: the wise men

Think about it:

In the crib, one always finds these three wise men. Many times, they are first put at the back of the crib, and day by day, they are moved closer, until they reach Jesus. These wise men, left their homes without knowing exactly where they were going or what they were looking for. They believed that they had to go to where the star was showing them. Do you think that some people made fun of them?

Family time:

Were you ever made fun of, after doing something which was good? Did you ever tell someone that you were going to mass and they made fun of you? Discuss how you felt, when things like this happened to you. What did you do? How can you help each other, so that you can do what Jesus wants?

Prayer:

Jesus, you know that it is not always easy to be your friend. Some pass jokes when we do something which is good or else we say that we are going to mass. Give us the courage not to give up and to never be ashamed to say that we are your friends.
