How often have we experienced days full of activities and worried that it would be impossible to catch up with everything? School, music lessons, practising a sport, school homework. We need also to find time for recreation and to calm down.

- Take a paper boat template and write your worries on it.
- Pass on your boat from the storm (your fear) to the sun (God) on the board.
- Spare a small prayer, asking God to entrust your worries to him.
