Prayer Spaces at Home and a Prayer to entrust our worries

How often have we experienced days full of activities and worried that it would be impossible to catch up with everything? School, music lessons, practising a sport, school homework. We need also to find time for recreation and to calm down.

  • Spend some quiet time thinking about your worries
  • Take a paper boat template and write your worries on it.
  • Pass on your boat from the storm (your fear) to the sun (God) on the board.
  • Spare a small prayer, asking God to entrust your worries to him.
