Today we are adding: the manger

Think about it:

The manger was Jesus’ bed. That was the only place Mary had, she had no bed where to lay baby Jesus.

Family time:

How are you preparing for Jesus’ birth? Remember, that although we are recalling the birth of Jesus which happened more than two thousand years ago, Jesus is always inviting us to meet him during mass, in prayer or scripture reading. What is your family doing?

Prayer:

O sweet Jesus, come and be born in my heart.

Make a sacrifice today. Instead of playing, read a story from the Bible and afterwards spend some time, talking with Jesus in prayer.
