Today we are adding: the donkey
Think about it:
It is not a compliment to be called an ass … a donkey. However, in the Bible, the donkey was the one to take Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem, it also helped them to escape to Egypt. When Jesus entered Jerusalem, he did not ride a big stallion, but instead he chose to ride on a donkey.
Family time:
How quick are we to offer our help to others? Could it be that at times we do not offer our help, because we are afraid that we are called names, we are called stupid (donkeys)?
Prayer:
Jesus, I want to help those who need my assistance. At times, because I am afraid that my friends call me names, I do not help others. Give me the courage to do as you wish and not as my friends would like me to behave.
