Love letter

Hi kids!

On the 14th of February, many people choose to celebrate Valentine’s Day.  We too can join in this celebration and knowing that God loves us all we can show our gratitude for the gift of Love. God shows us his love through his deeds.    Instead of sending us a small love note he left us the Bible – the Greatest Love Letter of all. He always awaits our chit chats with Him through Prayer. He listens to our cries, forgives us and provides for us. He loves us to the extent of sending His Son Jesus so that we might dwell with Him Forever in Heaven.  

The prayer space we are going to do today with those who share our same household is called Love Letter and to do it we need:

• a letter template
• markers
• optional stickers and/or other materials which you can make use of to decorate your prayer space. 

Take some time to think about how you will respond to this Great Love that God has or you.   

If you wish, you can show your love for God by writing a letter, a poem, or drawing something on the letter template.

Keep on talking to God, tell him that you love him and that you want to show others how much you love him in all that you think, say and/or do daily.
