How many times do you use your computer, laptop or mobile phone in a day? ICT is significant because it helps us maintain a healthy social network, access information and upgrade our knowledge and skills. It is important to be safe when using digital platforms to be protected from all forms of cyberbullying. Being aware of how the digital and technological world can influence our thinking and behaviour is also important so that we will use this great tool to help ourselves and others.

• A mouse
• A sheet of paper
• A pen or pencil

Instructions:

• Relax, breathe in and out
• Take the blank sheet of paper and draw the technological devices you use every day (mobile, computer, laptop etc)
• How does ICT help you in your life? Make a written list of how ICT helps you communicate, help others, and learn. Click on the mouse and say a prayer to help you to explore and learn ICT with more commitment.
