Honest King

Hi Kids!

Jesus was a King but not like the kings of our world who live in palaces, have a lot of money, live a comfortable life, and are afraid to suffer for those around them. Jesus was born in Bethlehem, walked all the way to Calvary, and died on the cross. Thus he teaches us that to live truly as kings and queens we are to live a simple life, serving and loving each other, carrying out our duties and doing always that which is good. Today’s Prayer Space is called: Honest King

One needs:

• Encouragement labels
• A white or coloured paper, or if you would like to you can use the label template attached.
• Colours
• Pen or pencil

Take a look at the encouragement labels. Jesus practised all these descriptions. Choose one label. When you choose it, on the white or coloured paper draw the label you chose (or use one of the templates). If you’re using white or coloured paper, on one side write the label you chose ex. joy, and on the other side write a prayer to God to help you live as a king/a queen like Jesus by spreading joy wherever you are.
