Prayer Spaces at Home and a Prayer to get closer to Jesus

Have you ever tried to build a tower with some pebbles that maybe you found on the beach?  If the bottom pebble is not as firm as a steady rock, everything will fall apart.  The Pope, the Bishops and other people we meet in our lives like; those who take care of us, teachers, catechists and good friends, are like these firm rocks because they help us to build a strong relationship with God and with all created things. 

  • Take some time to think about these people who led you and many others to get to know God more.
  • On some of these pebbles write the names of these people.
  • Now you can close your eyes and thank God for these people who have been like rocks in your life.
