Today we are adding: the fire
Think about it:
Who knows how scared, our Lady was, because she feared that baby Jesus would be cold! Most probably she asked St Joseph to light a fire to warm the stable. Even the shepherds, would have had a fire to keep warm at night.
Family time:
Today we celebrate the feast of St Lucy. In the countries which celebrate her feast, many candles are lit, since she is associated with light. Read more about this saint.
Prayer:
Jesus, you are the light which shows us the way. We want to walk through the way that you show us. Holy Spirit give us wisdom to choose always the way that Jesus shows us.
Let’s do it!
The red colour of the fire reminds us of love. Make red hearts, on one of them write Jesus, on the others, write down the names of your loved ones. Decorate them and hang them on the Christmas Tree.
