My Angel

Hi kids!

We often hear the expression ‘You’re my angel!’ Finding someone who is ready to go out of his way to help us when in need means the world for most of us.

In the same way that God sent the angels to serve Jesus when he was in the wilderness, God is sending us to be like angels and serve one another especially those who are in need.  

The prayer space we are going to do today (and with those who share our same household) is called: My Angel and to do it we need:-

• An angel template
• Markers and colours
• Scissors

Start by taking some time to think of someone who needs your help, care and attention.  

Cut out the angel-shaped card, write your name on it as a sign that you want to serve those who need your help and form the angel.  

Now, close your eyes and ask God to guide you in being an angel to those who are praying for help.
