One big family

Hi Kids!

Everyone has a family to live with. On the other hand, every one of us forms part of one big family. Do you know which family is it? This is the enormous family of God. This family consists of all types of people, races, and nations, Maltese, French, Nigerian, Australian, and many others. Every person in this enormous family uses her abilities to participate in helping all others. Today’s Prayer Space is called: One Big Family.

One needs:

• a poster/picture (one can search online) of people from different nations
• coloured paper strips
• pen or marker
• colours
• stapler

Give a glance at the poster/picture of people from different nations around the world. Choose a nationality and take a paper strip. Write the nationality you chose on one side, and your prayer or drawing to God to take care of the people of the nation you’ve chosen, on the other side. Attach your strip of paper with the others in the chain using a stapler. This exercise can be repeated when one would like to and at the same time, he/learns about the different nations around the world.
